To provide administrative support in the key function of Training Assests Development Department (TAD) plans for Outward Bound Singapore (OBS) Campuses [i.e. Ubin, ECC and Coney]
You are required to perform the following tasks:
- Posses knowledge or experience in HRM or HRD related functions, Critical & creative thinking, good communication (written & verbal)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and is a good team player
- Experience in project & time management, proactive, resourceful, resilient, versatile
- Meticulous with details and good knowledge in using Excel application for data entry and analysis.

To provide administrative support in the key function of Training Assests Development Department (TAD) plans for Outward Bound Singapore (OBS) Campuses [i.e. Ubin, ECC and Coney]
You are required to perform the following tasks:
- Mail management and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on matters involving inspection and maintenance work and High Element & Low Element (HELE) development work
- Assist in the Asset and Contract Management, manage the client's resource booking system, inventory management, Grant management, Claim management
- Perform goods/equipment receiving and store management
- Upkeep and maintain proper maintenance statistics, certification processes, financial process (invoicing, payment, etc) on OBS Training Facilities
- Assist with data analysis to examine the effectiveness of maintenance and replacement rate
- Assist in managing and maintaining TAD's assets and equipment to ensure operational availability and readiness
- Maintain calendars and reminders for important events and deadlines.
