Job description
Job Requirements:
To assist Assistant Director and Project Managers in the day-to-day administrative work, including but not limited to the following:
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- Min Diploma in any field.
- Good interpersonal, communication and written skill.
- Experience in the construction industry/public sector processes is preferred but not a pre-requisite
To assist Assistant Director and Project Managers in the day-to-day administrative work, including but not limited to the following:
- Compile project documentations and prepare submissions for funding from relevant agencies
- Coordinate and process reimbursement claims submitted by stakeholders
- Support project managers in the checking and compilation of tender submissions
- Verify supporting documents to facilitate consultants’/contractors’ progress claims for work done
- Other general administrative tasks
