Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Office Facility Management:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the Malaysia office, including office environment maintenance, fixed asset management, lease agreements, and ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities.
2. Vendor Management:
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with local vendors.
- Manage procurement for office supplies, holiday gifts, and international shipping while ensuring service quality and cost control.
3. Administrative Support:
- Provide support for employee travel arrangements, visas, access cards, insurance, social security, and other related matters.
- Address employee inquiries regarding administrative tasks.
4. Event Planning and Execution:
- Assist in planning and organizing team-building activities, cultural events, and holiday benefits to enhance employee experience and sense of belonging.
5. Cross-Regional Collaboration:
- Work closely with administrative teams across global offices to ensure smooth coordination and execution of cross-regional administrative tasks.
6. Other Administrative Duties:
- Support the company’s local business development by providing necessary administrative and logistical assistance.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
