Salary & Benefits:
- Up to $14.20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement agricultural research projects, including organising, setting up, and maintaining controlled or field-based research trials.
- Take measurements and collect data on vegetable growth and development at the end of trials and collate data for further analysis.
- Assist in maintaining experimental records and contribute to reporting of research findings.
- Support general upkeep of experimental plots or controlled environment systems as required.
- Support operations, including routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting any issues encountered on-site.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in crop research, cultivation, or nursery operations.
- Keen interest in agriculture R&D and sustainable food production.
- Comfortable with hands-on work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Willing to work occasionally beyond regular hours to support research timelines.
- Basic understanding of plant trials, data collection, and farm operations.
- Responsible, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital tools or basic AI applications (e.g. sensors, imaging, crop monitoring software) is an added advantage.
- Proficient in English. Additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin, dialects) are helpful for engaging with local farmers and industry partners.
