Roles & Responsibilities:
While technical expertise in AI is not required, an interest in generative AI trends and tools will be valuable in supporting relevant activities and discussions.
1. Community Building & Engagement
- Support the growth of a cross-agency AI learning community of 7,5000 members that encompasses both technical and non-technical audiences. Help design engagement approaches that make AI learning accessible and relevant to different job roles. Build relationships with speakers, facilitators, and community partners to keep programmes inclusive and vibrant.
- Work closely with government agencies, internal AI product teams, and external collaborators to align expectations, schedules, and deliverables. Explore the full suite of government AI tools and assess their compatibility for the flagship programme. Coordinate with partners, judges, and speakers to ensure smooth programme execution and positive participant experiences.
- Play a central role in the planning and execution of Prompt Royale and other AI gamification initiatives. Support end-to-end organisation of workshops, showcases, and learning challenges, including logistics, registration, venue setup, participant onboarding, and on-site operations. Assist with post-event reporting, feedback collection, and highlights documentation.
- Contribute ideas for creative AI gamification activities and challenge formats. Support the development of presentation decks, promotional materials, and communications. Help capture success stories and programme learnings, and stay informed about emerging AI tools and use cases that can inspire future initiatives.
- At least two years of relevant experience in community engagement, program coordination, event planning, or a related role.
- Prior experience in AI, technology, or innovation-related projects is a plus but not required.
- Keen interest in generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) and willingness to stay updated on emerging tools.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage logistics and deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for coordination and reporting.
