Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full time)

Salaries & Benefits:

• $2,810.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
   

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle public queries on PMA appeals
• Check appeal documents and verify eligibility
• Compile and conduct simple data analysis on (via Excel or PowerBI) on appeal requests vis-à-vis the original projected population. This may also entail desktop research.
• Support other PMA-related operational work

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Meticulous and organised
• Comfortable with handling public queries and able to communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders
• Diploma holder (with 2 years experience)
