Asset Data Executive

• Up to $2,760.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive and analyse asset attributes and information from various asset owners/POCs.
• Sort and organize asset data into a clear, structured, and ready-to-use format.
• Liaise with M&E and Civil asset owners to clarify incomplete or inconsistent information when necessary.
• Update and populate the Asset Inventory template in accordance with the Group’s Asset Information Requirement (AIR).
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of all asset information.
• Work closely with relevant divisions to align with established dissemination and reporting processes.
• Focus exclusively on the asset data consolidation exercise to meet project timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification and above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Basic communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
