Roles & Responsibilities:

You will be required to analyze the existing Group assets attributes and information upon receiving from various Group assets owners/ Points of Contact (POCs). The dissemination process will be guided by the division.

This will include sorting and organizing the information received into ready and apprehensible format, may/will require further basic level of communication skills to seek further clarification with the concerned asset owners when necessary.

The ready format is then to be updated to the Asset Inventory template in accordance with the Group’s Asset Information Requirement (AIR), together with all the stipulated attributes, which requires a substantial undertaking that necessitates dedicated resources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

You will focus exclusively on this critical task, communicating and liaising with the relevant asset owners, respectively.

Key Requirements:

Minimum ‘O’ Level and above
Candidates must possess basic communication skills
Proficient in excel and other MS office applications
Good positive attitude.
