Job description
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree or equivalent
- Possess a minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
- Has relevant hands-on experience working with vendors and running research studies/large scale programme management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Oversee and plan project demands
- Collaborate closely with programme team and vendors to oversee and support the following aspects of the study:
- Recruitment process (i.e., selection, scheduling, enrollment and onboarding of new participants)
- Daily study administrative processes
- Engagement of participants and supporting the Cohort Management team in dealing with participants complaints and queries.
