Roles & Responsibilities:
You will work in partnership with compliance team on the enforcement process for our Client's system's non-submission of the water quality results. You will be responsible for the following:
Carry out enforcement actions for offences that contravene the Health Act and their system's subsidiary legislations.
– Handle feedback, enquiries and appeals from licensees and registered owners/operators.
– Work with IT team to resolve IT issues faced by stakeholders.
– Engage the stakeholders to submit their water quality results.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
