About the job

• Up to $4,500.00 per month.
• Comprehensive insurance coverage.

• Support IT operations service delivery and management.
• Conduct testing activities and rollout preparation.
• Handle basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Support system configuration and optimisation.
• Document and track functional requirements.

• Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Operations Service Delivery and Management including IT systems with multiple interfaces to external entities.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL) certification is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification will have added advantage.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira would be added advantage.
• Basic project management skills in managing maintenance of IT systems (Level 1 Operation) and to conduct testing activities and rollout preparation.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques to gather, document, and track functional, interface, and data requirements, as well as to support system configuration and optimisation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate communication, and provide regular updates on issue resolution progress.
• Experience in managing issue reporting channels, basic troubleshooting, resolving common issues, and routing more complex problems to higher tiers, tracking issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Experience in supporting system configuration and optimisation, particularly in the context of business analysis activities.
• Positive work attitude, motivated team player and committed to delivering quality work.
