Salaries & Benefits:
- Up to $3,300.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the inventorying, cataloguing, and documentation of museum collections in accordance with institutional procedures and collections management standards
- Support the management and organisation of artefacts housed at offsite storage facilities, including location tracking, labelling, rehousing, and maintenance of storage systems
- Assist with the handling, packing, transportation, and condition checking of artefacts under supervision, in compliance with established object handling and preventive conservation procedures
- Support the preparation, installation, deinstallation, and rotation of artefacts for permanent galleries, special exhibitions, and related museum programmes
- Upkeeping of collections records, inventories, databases, spreadsheets, and associated documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, art handlers, and service providers to support the implementation of collections and exhibition-related activities
- Monitoring artefact movement and storage conditions, and report discrepancies or issues to supervising officers
- Administrative support to the Collections & Exhibitions department where necessary including procurement of goods and services, housekeeping, management of related supplies, equipment etc.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Museum Studies, Heritage Management, History, Arts Management, or related disciplines preferred
- Good organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read basic computer drawings and CAD visuals will be added advantage
- Prior experience in museum, gallery, collections, or exhibition-related work will be an advantage
