Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements: Work closely within GORM to gather, clarify, and document business requirements for system design and set-up. Ensure these requirements are effectively communicated to technical teams or project management teams for development and system design.
- System Implementation: Work closely with project management team for development and implementation that fulfils the BCM business requirements. This includes actively support the system implementation process, ensuring the solution is delivered within the project scope and project timeline. Any issues / tickets are to track proper till resolution.
- System Testing: Develop detailed test plans and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) in accordance to the BCM business requirements. Any issues / tickets are to be track proper till resolutions.
- System Integrity / Data Integrity: Perform system and data integrity check, where required, to ensure that the system workflow is designed correctly and that data is migrated accurately.
- Training / User Guides: Develop training materials / user guide documentations for internal usage.
- Reporting / Escalation: Regular update to GORM Team Lead with timely escalation of issues.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor, pertaining to BCM Programme Activities.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Polytechnic Diploma / University Degree.
- At least 2 years of direct working experience, in the area BCM domain industry.
- BCI or DRI accredited will be an advantage.
- Process relevant system implementation experience will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and driven, able to work independently.
- Strong problem solving and good analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to details.
- Good time management and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
