Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the management of the programme’s participant cohort, including tracking enrolment, participation status, and programme reward milestones
- Maintain accurate records of participant onboarding, progress, and engagement
- Manage and resolve escalated enquiries from programme participants and clinical partners regarding application processes, rewards, and other programme-related matters
- Coordinate logistics related to programme activities (recruitment and implementation), pilot touchpoints, and follow-ups
- Provide first-line support for the digital platform and troubleshooting assistance to users
- Serve as the liaison between the programme partners, effectively triaging and routing programme-related enquiries to appropriate stakeholders
- Support all administrative documentation related to the programme
- Ability to support execution of basic marketing initiatives, preparation of participant communications (e.g. emails, messages, reminders) and track engagement metrics
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the programme
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination and/or customer/client facing roles
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple workstreams (implementation logistics and participant cohort management) concurrently
- Good written and verbal communication skills, especially in responding to participant queries
- Good digital literacy and an aptitude in learning new technologies
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to marketing and ops tools such as Canva and FormSG, etc.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience supporting digital platforms, programmes, or pilots will be an advantage
- Familiarity with health applications, wearable devices, or digital onboarding processes
- Prior exposure to health, public sector, or service operations environments is a plus but not mandatory
