Salaries and Benefits:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in meeting the project timelines for the implementation of national initiatives for medical schools. This includes assisting with and closing enquiries from the stakeholders on a timely basis.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure healthcare students undergo clinical training as planned.
- Assist the team in meeting project timelines for the review of the MOH Faculty Development Framework.
- Verification of Faculty Development (FD) Claims:
- Thoroughly Check Claims: Ensure FD claims are accurate, comply with guidelines, and include proper documentation.
- Manage Claims-Related Queries: Act as the point of contact for queries, providing accurate and timely responses to stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to address complex enquiries, resolve discrepancies, and clarify claim details promptly to close the loop on outstanding matters.
- Maintain Organized Records: Keep detailed and systematic records of verified claims for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Drafting and sending seeting Invitations: Ensure accurate communication of time, date, venue, and agenda details.
- Preparing Meeting Agendas: Consult with the team to align agendas with discussion objectives.
- Coordinating Meeting Materials: Prepare presentations, handouts, or data summaries to support productive discussions.
- Taking and Disseminating Meeting Minutes: Capture key decisions, action items, and next steps, followed by timely distribution to participants.
- Strong sense of pro-activeness, urgency and accountability, and able to deliver results amidst competing deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly responsible and able to follow through on tasks independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meticulous, able to process numbers and perform data/case verification.
- Prior experience in healthcare or education sector will be an advantage.
- Acute sense in handling administrative work and managing projects.
- Strong in MS Office.
