Assistant Manager (Records Management)

• $3,800 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. e-Registry Implementation:

• Lead and gather user requirements, develop digital file plans and contribute to system development
• Analyse current records filing systems and develop new file plans for e-Registry
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing
• Implement risk management strategies
• Monitor system development progress

2. Records Management, Change Management & Training:

• Understand records management practices and roll out initiatives to increase staff awareness
• Design and deliver records management training programmes
• Develop communication materials for staff engagement
• Guide staff through the transition to digital systems
• Collaborate with National Archives of Singapore (NAS) and internal stakeholders

3. Records Digitisation Project Management:

• Oversee daily digitisation operations and team performance
• Coordinate records preparation, including metadata indexing and file organisation
• Lead and coordinate the disposal of physical documents following completion of the digitisation project

Key Requirements:

• Strong project management skills
• Experience in records management or digital transformation projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with quality control processes and risk management
