Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)

Salaries and Benefits:

• Up to $26.80 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and co-ordinate SPOT training, including liaising with training providers, sourcing for training venues, procurement of refreshments, securing attendance through SPOT champions, tracking attendance to ensure that the training is carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Perform data cleansing of training records to facilitate auto-tracking of WSH training.
• Support the development and testing of automated tracking of WSH training and to send reminders to those who have yet to go for training.
• Support the development of bots to categorise SPOT observations and to improve safety data visualisation to end users.
• Support the Division in processing its award to recognise efforts in WSH.
• Support the Division in organising events and activities to engage staff on WSH.

Key Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Competent in data collection methods and data analytics
• Able to work independently
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Prior working experience in data analytics would be an advantage
