About the Company: 
Our client develops Singapore’s digital government, building citizen-centric services, shared platforms, and secure IT systems for public agencies.

Salaries and Benefits:

• Up to $7,800 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interact closely and partner with business units to provide billing support and analysis.
• Handle month/year-end closing of billing and accruals.
• Ensure billing functions are executed within stipulated deadlines and/or tender specifications.
• Engage vendors on billing matters, such as billing disputes, and draw up the billing framework for vendors’ compliance.
• Perform regular reviews of processes and look into ways to improve operational efficiency and agility.
• Gather and analyse information/data to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
• Review outstanding debts and follow up as appropriate.
• Prepare presentation slides on billing for stakeholders.

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Business.
• 1–2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a meticulous approach.
• Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in handling large datasets and comfortable with hands-on operational tasks and tight timelines.
• Proactive, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, strong ownership and accountability.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with the ability to propose and implement changes.
• Proficiency in AI tools and data tools such as Power Pivot, Power Query, Tableau or other dashboarding tools.
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems would be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of automation or scripting tools such as Python, VBA or Power Automate would be an advantage.
