Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to road pricing services
- Assist customers with account registration, updates, and payment processing
- Address toll charges, violations, and general service inquiries
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for road pricing devices
- Accurately log customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex or technical issues to relevant teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service level standards
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in call center or customer service roles
- Experience in transportation or toll systems is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Ability to work in shifts and meet performance KPIs
