Job description
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma in Information Technologies or Engineering would be preferred
- Candidates with other qualifications but relevant working experience will be considered
- Possess effective telecommunication & strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Meticulous with good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and a team player
- Experience in customer service or call centre will be an added advantage
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in any activities to transit to the NexGen ERP system
- Take calls and written feedback from general public and assist them on ERP related enquiries
- Attend to queries from internal and external stakeholders such as government agencies on ERP related enquiries
- Keep abreast of latest ERP policies and procedures to provide accurate information to public
- To resolve customer's queries effectively and promptly
- Required to work as a team to ensure that the team KPIs are met
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Reporting Officer
