Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Communications Planning
- Develop and implement integrated communications plans across mainstream media, social media, digital platforms, and marketing channels, ensuring alignment with the CPD/CDC’s strategic communications and the client’s whole-of-government messaging priorities.
2. Social Media & Digital
- Manage the CPD’s social media presence across platforms (e.g TikTok, Telegram), including content sourcing, creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring, to grow the digital reach and community engagement.
3. Editorial & Publications
- Produce and manage editorial content, eg Annual Report, by working with appointed vendors and internal stakeholders to develop compelling, on-brand content that keeps residents and stakeholders informed of CPD/CDC programmes.
4. Branding & Marketing
- Implement branding and marketing initiatives including the production of marketing collateral, in-house videos, infographics, and photography, while ensuring consistency with the CDC’s brand guidelines and exploring amplification opportunities across the client and whole-of-government platforms.
5. Media Management
- Support media management efforts by drafting media advisories, press releases, talking points, and spokesperson briefing materials, and by monitoring media coverage to identify issues affecting the CDCs and recommend timely responses.
6. Common-based Programmes
- Administer Common-based Programmes by consolidating progress reports, coordinating with CDCs to verify invoices against approved budgets, and supporting event logistics including attendance and registration management
7. Budget & Governance
- Support procurement and budget tracking for communications-related goods and services, ensuring compliance with government procurement procedures and prudent utilisation of resources.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable managing administrative, finance and procurement-related tasks
- Degree in Communications, Marketing or Project Management
