Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)

Salary & Benefits:

Up to $3,160.00 per month
Comprehensive insurance coverage
Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:
1, Case Management Towards Case Closure/ Transfer

Managing cases that include engagement of clients and professionals (e.g., community agents) towards closure and transfer of cases.
Coordinate with officers, their supervisors, and the agencies on the case triage and/or introduction meeting with agencies and clients.

2. Administrative Functions Essential to Case Closure/ Transfer

Provide administrative support in the closure and ensuring proper transfer of cases to community partners and professionals.
Draft and submit emails, referral forms and closure reports to relevant agencies.
Update the data and upload necessary documents as directed in the case management system.
Any other related work as assigned by supervisor.

Key Requirements:

Degree in social work and relevant fields
Able to work independently, as well as a team
Meticulous and experience in handling data (i.e., Words and Excel) and administrative duties
Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
Past experiences with handling related Operation
Have positive working attitude
