About the job
- Manage and support infrastructure architecture, resource planning, system performance and overall infrastructure operating environment for cloud computing platforms.
- Demonstrate comprehensive technical expertise in Infrastructure Services, including Infrastructure Management, Cloud Computing and DevOps Engineering principles.
- Maintain understanding of systems operations environment and governance processes to ensure smooth and continuous infrastructure operations.
- Manage cloud computing infrastructure to support application systems through close collaboration with Application Services teams.
- Lead infrastructure project delivery, ensuring effective coordination between internal teams and external vendors whilst maintaining project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Manage vendors and assess their performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), whilst ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining working relationships.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in infrastructure management, with cloud platform experience (e.g. Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure).
- Cloud technology platform certifications, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure certifications.
- Must be a proactive and dedicated professional demonstrating strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
