Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)
Salary & Benefits:
- $12.00 per hour
- Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
- Issued an e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend to queries and assist the property agents and property agencies over the counter(s) by appointment.
- Part of the team that handles designated queries over the telephone.
- Making out-going reminder calls and conduct phone survey with stakeholders.
- Able to conduct backend IT system testing for e-services.
- Will be assigned other duties (eg. filing/disposal of documents, data entry, statistical update and analysis, monitoring of cases) as and when required.
Key Requirements:
- At least possess a Diploma education qualification (< 3 years working experience).
- Possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills and be proficient in English.
- IT-savvy and conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and in teams.
