Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)

Salary and Benefits:

• $13.53 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:

• Assist both external and internal customers with enquiries, feedback, and requests via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions at the counter.
• Provide simple course advising.
• Act as Gatekeeper for entry to the Customer & Visitor Centre.
• Assist with general enquiries as Roving Staff.
• Guide applicants on their full-time or part-time enrolment at the call centre or using Self-Help PCs/laptops at the counter.
• Handle certificate collection at the counter.

2. Information Management:

• Access and input information into the CRM system, in-house student records system, and queue management system.

3. Administrative Duties:

• Attend to day-to-day operations at the Customer & Visitor Centre.
• Assist in filing documents.
• Maintain, update, and organise forms and records of the department.
• Assist in data entry tasks.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
