- Check the backlog of cases in the word document to review the description for matching identifiers, etc. Different cases may have different steps to follow and may require manually checking against other reference documents (E.g. Ontology document) to ensure proper categorisation before updating the Excel.
- Convert the backlog of cases from word documents, extract the relevant information and copy them into excel.
- Estimated 200+ cases, each case taking around 20 mins to extract (for simple case).
- Complex cases may take longer to analyse and extract into output file).
- Note that this process is not simply a “Copy and Paste” job; it requires the personnel to read and analyse the description of every case, and map it correctly based on a given table of classification (Ontology document). E.g. Neck Injury.
- During instances of ambiguity, the personnel is required to interact directly with the system’s Product Owner to confirm the correct mapping.
- Login to ICRS, use the manual upload function and process the output excel file generated from above task
- Check inside the ICRS portal to ensure that data was uploaded successfully
- Minimally GCE “O” Level with English pass
- Savvy with Microsoft Products, namely Word, Excel
- Savvy with navigating the World Wide Web via a Web browser
