Deputy/Assistant Manager, Contracts (TS/E&MS)

Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full time)

Salaries & Benefits:

• Up to $6,800.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
   

Roles & Responsibilities:
 

• Support procurement and contract management for rail and road transport projects
• Ensure tender and contract processes comply with the client’s requirements and governance procedures
• Handle IT systems, transport systems, and/or electrical & mechanical service contracts
• Prepare cost estimates for projects, initiatives, and feasibility studies
• Draft tender documents and support tender evaluations
• Administer contracts, including payments, variation valuations, and claims assessment
• Provide contractual advice and support to project teams
• Manage contractual issues related to land transport projects

Key Requirements:
 

• Knowledge in Computer / Electrical / Electronics / Information Technology / Mechanical / Systems Engineering
• At least 2 years of working experience in contract administration or project management of multi-disciplinary engineering projects is preferred
• Good knowledge of conditions of contract for IT, engineering or construction projects is preferred
• Organized and meticulous with the ability to work independently
• Strong written, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
