Salaries & Benefits:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up, scheduling, and trafficking paid digital campaigns (social media ads, search/SEM, display) aimed at driving Culture Pass sign-ups and credit usage.
- Support audience segmentation and targeting parameters across ad platforms, in line with campaign briefs.
- Monitor live campaigns for pacing, spend, and delivery issues, flagging anomalies to the wider team.
- Build and schedule email marketing sends and automated nurture flows using the organisation’s marketing automation/CRM tools.
- Support list segmentation, tagging, and hygiene within the marketing database to improve targeting accuracy.
- Assist with A/B testing of subject lines, creative, and calls-to-action to improve engagement rates.
- Track and compile campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost-per-acquisition, credit redemption rates) from platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Prepare regular demand generation dashboards and performance summaries to support decision-making.
- Support A/B testing analysis and basic funnel/conversion tracking to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Coordinate with designers and creative teams to source and organise ad creative, banners, and campaign assets, ensuring alignment with campaign briefs and brand guidelines.
- Support search engine optimisation (SEO) tasks such as keyword research and metadata tagging to improve organic discoverability.
- Maintain organised records of campaign assets, creative versions, and platform access/credentials.
- Conduct light-touch research into audience behaviour, market trends, and competitor digital activity to inform campaign planning.
- Support the team in identifying and testing new digital channels or tactics to sustain audience engagement with arts and culture programming.
- Assist with maintaining a demand generation calendar, tracking campaign timelines and deliverables.
Key Requirements:
- Interest in Arts Management, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Experience in proof reading, content loading, administrative support, or programme coordination is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner.
- Strong collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital communication platforms.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
