Salary & Benefits:

• Up to $4,960.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Digital Content Operations

• Manage daily website content uploads, updates and maintenance, including content publishing, metadata management and digital record processing.
• Process content update requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate content approval workflows and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks before content publication.
• Monitor published content to ensure accuracy, consistency and relevance.

2. Analytics & Reporting

• Extract and compile performance metrics for regular reporting.
• Support data analysis to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare campaign performance and analytics reports.

3. Other Duties

• Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and ensure data accuracy.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to perform quality checks and manage large volumes of data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
• Adaptable, proactive, and quick to learn new digital tools, with experience in web analytics, content management systems, or digital marketing being an advantage.
