Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)

Salaries & Benefits:

• $2,700.00 per month
• Completion bonus will be given
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
   

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Checking and capturing applications and documents into Work Pass systems
• Checking and performing amendments of work pass holders’ personal particulars or organisation profile information
• Following up with customers on clarification pertaining to applications or amendment requests
• Assist in simple user’s acceptance tests guided by supervisors
• Highlighting areas of process gaps, if any, to supervisors
   

• Possess positive work attitude
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate and know MS Office
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Attention to detail
