Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)
Salary:
- Up to $3,600.00 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Review of submitted proposals for grant disbursements under the various grant schemes
- Perform as the point-of-contact for partnering stakeholders and domains.
- Able to follow through the review and approval process within the stipulated timeline.
- Review of application forms in accordance to the funding guidelines, donor’s gift purpose / fund purpose and assessment criteria.
- Facilitate, coordinate and provide inputs towards budget requests and review sessions (internal & with the domain review secretariat and panels).
2. Review of Grant Variation/Extension requests and facilitate post-award activities
- Assist in the administration of post-award grantactivities to ensure that timelines, objectives, budgeting and administrative policies and procedures are followed.
- Serve as an advisory role to stakeholders. To review and provide advice on the submitted grant variations/ extensions requests to ensure strong governance and optimisation of funds utilisation. Facilitate the submission of such requests for approval.
- Assist in compilation of AM Philanthropic Funded Grants Progress Reports.
- Ensure project progress, outcomes and financial reporting by ACPs/Joint Institute, awardees and Host Institutions are duly completed and submitted.
3. Others Ad hoc duties as assigned
Assist in the overall administrative management of business-related functions such as but not limited to the following (usually in short-term project basis):
- Assist in the execution of departmental events and projects
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the supervisor.
Key Requirements:
Educational / Professional Qualifications:
- Degree with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong track record of stakeholder management and driving multi-faceted projects with good outcomes is preferred.
Relevant Experience & Skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to carry analytical and coordination work.
- Good command of the English language (both written and verbal)
- Literacy in computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in managing grants/funds and research projects is preferred.
