Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)

Salary & Benefits:

• $2,760.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the successful creation of programmes
• Track and monitor existing program codes and verify valid certification of instructors under National Registry of Coaches (NROC) and National Registry for Exercise Professional (NREP).
• Provide support to review & endorse programmes submitted for LTP Programmes
• Processing of payments to instructors based on approved matrix provided by the client
• Manage a shared mailbox and promptly follow up on any requests or queries received.
• Maintain proper documentation and knowledge management processes.
• Consolidate monthly attendance submissions for the Learn-To-Play (LTP) programme from various sports centres.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Able to work in a team setting
• Good writing and communication skills
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance and administrative work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office like Excel and Powerpoint, and some experience in using Robotic Automation Process (RPA)
• Knowledge in the Government procurement policies and GeBIZ system would be advantageous.
