Salaries & Benefits:
- Up to $16.00 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support stakeholder engagement efforts by coordinating communications, scheduling meetings, and documenting feedback and requirements.
- Review and analyse data collected from customer deep-dive sessions, ensuring key insights and pain points are accurately categorised and recorded.
- Prepare and organise materials for deep-dive meetings, including presentation slides, reports, and meeting documents.
- Support Service Requests from agencies in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA), such as static data maintenance, cancellation of expense reports.
- Assist in maintaining regular updates with stakeholders by tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups on action items, including
- tracking of identified issues, action items, and progress of follow-ups from customer deep dive sessions;
- weekly monitoring and reporting of Change Request/ Service Requests/ Incident Requests; and
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) progress tracking for ad-hoc Change Requests and Workday release features.
- Ensure documentation, e.g. user guides and standard operating procedures, is well-structured, up-to-date, and readily accessible for internal and stakeholder use.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth execution of project and business activities.
Key Requirements:
Functional/Technical Competencies
- Background in Accounting/ Business/ Finance and/or IT
- Proficient with MS Office and VBA will be advantageous
- Understand basic finance and/or payroll processes and experience with system implementation and maintenance will be advantageous
Generic Competencies
- Good critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good time management skills to multi-task and prioritize key deliverables
- Meticulous and a good team player who is able to work well independently
- Able to proactively develop and manage relationships with various key stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
