Salary & Benefits:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To work with ITD on a Robotic Process Automation prototype to streamline administrative processes and preparation of materials for incoming visits / courtesy calls.
• Develop a library of prompts for automation / Gen-AI tools (e.g. Pair) to support various communications tasks.

• Conduct research and support the review of the Client’s corporate website, taking into account its recent transition to the Isomer platform, and recommend enhancements to improve usability and integration with social media channels.
• Support in the ongoing intranet revamp, including assistance with updates to website content and structure.
• Support in managing internal communications channels (e.g., CENTRAL newsletter), including the creation of banners, content development, and uploading of announcements.
