Salary & Benefits:

• $2,580.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Complete quality checks (“QC”) and archival of digitised/scanned documents assigned to you within the specified timeline.

2. QC work includes:
a. To check the digitised/scanned copy of documents against the physical copy for the following:
*All pages in the scanned document/file face the correct direction.
*No missing pages in the scanned document/file (verify that all pages in the physical copy have been scanned/digitised).
*No additional pages in the scanned document/file.
*Texts, tables, diagrams, and pictures in the scanned documents are clear and legible to the reader.
b. To record errors found in each file during quality checks on a pre-designed form.
c. To update the status of files assigned to you on the provided listing.

3. Archival work includes:
a. To rename the scanned documents.
b. To create and name an archival file in the Enterprise Management System (“EMS”) for each file assigned to you.
c. To upload the scanned documents to the corresponding archival files created in the EMS.
d. To update the status of files assigned to you on the provided listing.

4. Account for the physical and digitised files assigned to you until they are returned to the registry team.

5. Perform other administrative and/or miscellaneous tasks assigned to you by your supervisor.
