Salary & Benefits:
- Up to $2,900.00 per month
- Comprehensive Insurance Coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Aggregate, develop, and deploy youth leaders. The unit manages a database of youth leaders and;
- Coordinates efforts to develop youth leaders for opportunities across WOG, which involves coordination with multiple agencies.
- Provide data management and database administration services for the unit, including maintaining youth leader profiles and tracking their engagements across multiple data collection platforms.
- Take part in engagement coordination and calendar management, maintaining the centralised calendar of engagements across all agencies.
- Coordinate invitations for youth leaders to relevant programmes
- Work with programme owners to identify suitable participants and send programme updates.
- Support communication between various agencies
- Assist with onboarding processes for new leaders
- Provide general administrative support for programme operations.
Key Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in database management systems and calendar management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support the coordination with multiple stakeholders across different government agencies
- Experience in administrative and project support
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Preferably with 2 yrs to < 4 years of relevant experience
