Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to $2,900.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
• Issued an e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage youth leader database (profiles, engagement tracking across platforms)
• Provide data management and database administration support
• Coordinate youth leader engagements and maintain centralised calendar across agencies
• Match and invite suitable youth leaders to programmes
• Liaise with programme owners and agencies for coordination and updates
• Support communications between the client and stakeholders
• Assist with onboarding of new youth leaders
• Provide general administrative and operational support for programmes

Key Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in database management systems and calendar management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to support the coordination with multiple stakeholders across different government agencies
• Experience in administrative and project support
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Preferably with 2 yrs to < 4 years of relevant experience
