Salary & Benefits:
- Up to $26.30 per hour
- Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing facility operation and coordinating facility maintenance work
- Conducting safety inspections to identify risks and gaps
- Maintaining regulatory permits/licences
- Implementing green initiatives
- Contract management
Key Requirements:
- Good knowledge of ventilation systems and working experience in the facilities management of a laboratory/mosquito production facility will be an advantage
- Proficient in Workplace Safety and Health regulations and knowledgeable about risk assessment for hazard identification, risk evaluation, and risk control
- Resourceful, systematic, meticulous with an eye for detail, and ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Open to developmental opportunities
