Salaries and Benefits:
- $14.23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide finance, budgetary, administrative, and secretariat support to the Division, while serving as Personal Assistant to the Director.
- Process invoices, manage billing and revenue collection, and support financial reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of budget submissions, expenditure forecasts, financial returns, and management reports.
- Monitor budget utilisation and expenditure trends, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation to support audits, governance reviews, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the Division’s document management and records filing system, ensuring accurate organisation, retention, and retrieval of documents.
- Coordinate annual audit exercises and verification of supporting documents.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and logistics arrangements for the Director.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities effectively.
- Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in finance, budget administration, or corporate support functions.

- Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
