Healthcare Operations Officer, SPD

Salary and Benefits:

• $20.77 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Checking eligibility and pairing of supervisors and supervisees
• Processing of assessment reports and related applications 
• Preparing case summaries on healthcare professional’s performance and assist on the follow-up actions required.
• Liaise with HR of the healthcare institutions
• Update trained supervisors’ details in PRS
• Any other duties as directed by supervisor

Key Requirements:

• Meticulous and confident individual with good analytical and writing skills.
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Possess initiative and positive work attitude, ability to multi-task with good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
