Salary & Benefits:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaise between hiring divisions and manpower agencies.
- Keep track of hiring requests.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of casual officers.
- Monitor the contract expiry of casual officers.
- Verify monthly billing reports.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, application shortlisting, interview arrangements, administration of written tests and follow-up with candidates on required documents.
- Manage the offboarding process, including ensuring exit checklists are completed before officers leave.
- Track employee contracts and contract renewals.
- Support the administration and logistics for Performance Management and National Day Award (Public), including:
- Designing emailers.
- Liaising with divisions and agencies, and collecting the required inputs.
- Providing logistical support for meetings.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Relevant experience in HR administration, recruitment, contract management, or general administrative support will be an advantage.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage – multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meticulous, proactive, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
