Salaries and Benefits:
- Up to $11,940.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer the performance review cycle, provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters, and ensure a fair and effective process.
- Support the implementation of the rewards strategy, manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and legal requirements.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in HR, with a strong focus on performance management.
- Good understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
