Salary & Benefits: 

• Up to $3,340.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage 
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service 
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Adjunct Lecturers Administration (50%)

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for adjunct lecturers.
• Manage a high volume of adjunct lecturers’ records, including contracts and claims processing.
• Maintain and update adjunct data accurately in the Workday system.
• Other HR job duties as assigned

 
Temporary Staff Administration (50%)

• Facilitate the recruitment and hiring of temporary staff in collaboration with external recruitment agencies.
• Liaise with schools and departments to coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary staff.
• Other HR job duties as assigned 

Key Requirements: 

• Ability to leverage on digital tools and proficient in excel is preferred
