Salary:

• Up to $3,000.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Ensure the security of IT systems through regular updates, firewalls, and antivirus solutions
• Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and recovery processes
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and support
• Provide technical support and training to employees
• Document processes, system configurations, and changes
• Participate in IT policy development and compliance enforcement

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, network administration, and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with databases, patch management, and cybersecurity best practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus
