Salary & Benefits:
- Up to $5,000.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for products and systems
- Handle user queries and incidents through ticketing system
- Document technical issues and maintain knowledge base
- Conduct basic system health checks and monitoring
- Escalate complex technical issues to relevant teams
- Process procurement requests and maintain vendor relationships
- Track milestone payments and prepare payment documentation
- Monitor and update project budgets
- Generate regular financial reports and reconciliations
- Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes
- Fresh graduates from degree and diploma holders are welcome to apply
- Strong IT troubleshooting capabilities
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Data analytic skill will be an advantage
- Attention to detail and meticulous
- Excellent documentation skills
