Salary:

• Up to $2,900.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

•  Organise and plan the Project V Learning Circle.
•  Manage event logistics, registrations, refreshments and on-site support
•  Create EDMs, survey forms for Project V events and initiatives.
•  Create and manage social media content including event-related post.
•  Comprehensive notes taking during meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and follow-up within the team.
•  Performing of adhoc administrative tasks

Key Requirements:

• Preferably Marketing and Communications, business administration or relevant fields of study
• Polytechnic/university graduate
• At least 2-3 years working experience and requires minimal supervision.
• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office applications
• Strong marketing and communications skills, in particular copywriting and design skills
• Event planning and coordination skills. Familiar with virtual and in-person event logistics and requirements.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
