Salary & Benefits:
- $2,810.00 per month
- Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Facilities Maintenance
- Maintain assigned Sport Centres in good, safe, and operational condition.
- Liaise with internal staff and external contractors to plan and coordinate work schedules.
- Manage service contractors to ensure works are carried out properly within Sport Centre facilities.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance and ad hoc repairs are completed promptly and safely.
- Monitor facility upkeep and ensure safety standards are met.
- Manage budget forecasts, track expenses, and process payments for progress claims.
- Ensure all documentation is completed and properly maintained.
2. Cyclical Replacement Planning
- Assist in developing cyclical replacement plans for Sport Centre facilities to maintain a conducive environment.
- Assist in developing preventive and predictive maintenance programmes, including drafting scope of works, specifications, vendor and contractor management, and quality assessments.
- Facilities Enhancement
- Assist in managing and coordinating upgrading projects from planning through to completion.
- Recommend and implement works and procedures that enhance building operations, customer satisfaction, and engagement.
- Work with various stakeholders to understand and address user requirements.
3. Other Duties
- Assist with or manage any other duties as assigned.
- Experience in maintenance or engineering.
- Relevant technical qualifications or maintenance certifications.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to prioritize tasks and respond to maintenance emergencies.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and building compliance.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts.
