Salary & Benefits:

• $2,810.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Facilities Maintenance

• Maintain assigned Sport Centres in good, safe, and operational condition.
• Liaise with internal staff and external contractors to plan and coordinate work schedules.
• Manage service contractors to ensure works are carried out properly within Sport Centre facilities.
• Ensure all preventive maintenance and ad hoc repairs are completed promptly and safely.
• Monitor facility upkeep and ensure safety standards are met.
• Manage budget forecasts, track expenses, and process payments for progress claims.
• Ensure all documentation is completed and properly maintained.

2. Cyclical Replacement Planning

• Assist in developing cyclical replacement plans for Sport Centre facilities to maintain a conducive environment.
• Assist in developing preventive and predictive maintenance programmes, including drafting scope of works, specifications, vendor and contractor management, and quality assessments.
• Facilities Enhancement
• Assist in managing and coordinating upgrading projects from planning through to completion.
• Recommend and implement works and procedures that enhance building operations, customer satisfaction, and engagement.
• Work with various stakeholders to understand and address user requirements.

3. Other Duties

• Assist with or manage any other duties as assigned.

• Experience in maintenance or engineering.
• Relevant technical qualifications or maintenance certifications.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to prioritize tasks and respond to maintenance emergencies.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and building compliance.
• Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts.
