Headcount Needed: 1 Pax (Full Time)

Salaries and Benefits:

• $3,160.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support in UAT and production verifications for new projects and other enhancements for Online Counselling on Family Assist (OCFA) and Family Counselling Intake Booking System
• Support day-to-day operations of both platforms
• Conduct system testing and technical troubleshooting
• Provide first-level technical support to counsellors and public users
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors on system-related matters
• Secretariat support for meetings and engagements, including preparation of materials, taking minutes, and meeting follow-ups
• Assist with service management matters such as management of feedback from Members of Public, engagement/meetings with stakeholder

Key Requirements:

• Ability to demonstrate competence in technology and commitment to problem-solving for daily operations and technical issues 
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Past experience in conducting UAT, technical troubleshooting and technical support
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Social Sciences or related field
