Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)
Salary & Benefits:
- up to $3,160.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To assist with the processing of Dependant’s Pass Applications for foreign children to remain in Singapore while undergoing adoption proceedings. This will include the review of documents, conducting of interviews with relevant parties and partner agencies.
- To monitor and report to supervisor if there are dubious practices involved in child adoption to ensure compliance with the Adoption of Children Act 2022
- To support in data related work in Dependant’s Pass team. This will include the generation of reports and analysis of trends.
- To assist in administrative duties of Adoption Ops as and when required.
Key Requirements:
- Degree qualification – Psychology, Social Work, Administration
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Report and Email writing
