Salary & Benefits:
- up to $3,160.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing frontline operations in Adoption Ops, i.e. effectively managing enquiries from members of the public and partners; MP appeals and other related administrative tasks.
- Assist in managing the search and reunion arm of Adoption Ops
- Supports in the administrative matters for Adoption Ops
Key Requirements:
- Degree qualification – Psychology/Communications/Human Resource
- Proficiency in communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in customer service
