Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)
Salary & Benefits:
- $2,760.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administrative work and support/running of programmes (attendance lists, coordination of logistics and onsite support of session for ComLink+ and community partner programmes such as FRESH, tracking of funds utilisation)
- Volunteer management support (updating volunteer tracker, coordinating and scheduling interviews)
- Collation of statistics and reports (e.g. extracting data from systems such as SSNet / OneCV / Case Connect, compiling monthly updates)
- Backend documentation / coordination and record updates (e.g. updating programme records, consolidating outreach findings for rough sleeper engagements / community walks)
- General administrative support (e.g. preparing materials, tracking follow-ups, maintain spreadsheets and records)
Key Requirements:
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good analytical and writing skills
- Team player who is resilient, meticulous, and takes initiative
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Has passion in helping low-income and vulnerable families, empathetic towards clients’ needs
